Instructor/Divemaster box in status

I notice that some people who are instructors and divemasters have a box in the status window. What do you need to get one of those? I just recently earned my divemaster and am curious. Okay, I admit it is a bit of an ego thing. I promise I won't buy the hat and the patch and the jacket and chair and the tatoo
