Inline adjuster (Right Angle, slotted type)

I have the ScubaTools DualDrive inline adjuster, but I prefer the right angle inline adjuster that pops the turn scrw out when adjusting.

I can only find it for insane prices of $100 or so.

Anyone got one to sell or trade?
