Info on Lankawi Malaysia Diving

I was told to go to Lankawi for diving but can't find much info on it other than you can do day trips to dive sites. Does anyone know if there are local dive sites there?

Here's a link for some infos.

Dives sites are simple with decent life. Viz is not so great, averaging 5-10mtrs.
All they do are day trips out to Pulau Payar. Out around 9am and back to island by 3-4pm.

Good place to just get some nitrogen loading
