The inflator hose strap on my BC is frayed. The velcro will not stay attached. I'm pretty sure this happens alot. So the question is are there ways to fix this other than sewing on a new piece of velcro?
Really any solutions you folks have would be welcome. thanks

Wings using standard 2" webbing for straps often use pieces of bike inner tube. You could make a bungie loop, or use an after market Velcro strap.
I have had BC's needing sewing. Shoe shops can do it for relatively inexpensively if you are specific about what needs to be done and it does not endanger the bladder.

I've seen people on boats with custom velco straps. Usually they are a country flag or something. I always ask them where they got it and the response is always their LDS.

I've never been able to find one online and googling for them is unproductive because the terms are too generic.

If anyone out there knows what they are called or where to order one, please share ;)
