I use a 22' inflator hose (but admit it could be a little shorter), but not to connect to the drysuit, if I loose the drysuit inflation I will be aborting, consequently probably won't need to inflate further the drysuit.

First picture?

No 2nd with the grey lp hose. Should be between the tanks and the wing, back by the inflator elbow.

I was advised by DIR diver, that my 18" wing inflator hose is too short and should be longer (22") to be attached to a drysuit. So I decided to clarify this question.

Never heard of this concept. Last thing I would want is to have no primary buoyancy (wing) and no secondary either (suit) while I fiddled with this kinda switch.

Its a GI3 thing. Check old gavinscooters archives.

You've always got tertiary inflation (mouth to BC inflator).

I like this more for recreational dives when I run out of argon and want to get some gas in the suit.
