We have booked some nice AirB&B places on Bonaire. I am not sure of the details as my brother did the booking.
It is easy to get a shore diving only package through Buddy Dive, and others, rent a truck independently, and book a place on your own.
2020 will be the first year in going on 15 years now that we will have not dived Bonaire!

We stayed at the plaza our first trip and air bnb's every time after that. we get tanks at the plaza even though we don't stay there. a truck and a ticket is all you need. there are some very cheap options on bonaire.
