I have some friends who are Nitrox certified but do not currently have a Nitrox computer (diving air profile with air computer while using EANx)

They now would like to look into purchasing an inexpensive EANx capable computer. Looks like the Zoop is over $300 now. Oceanic 180 seems to be discontinued, Oceanic Veo 1.0 is almost $300.

Any other suggestions or sources for a good deal?

Thanks.

Mares puck was pretty nice...now discontinued this year.

Should be a good deal if you can find a new or used one.

Thanks Ken.

Anyone got a deal on one that is not discontinued?

Suunto Zoop is pretty solid. I also see them at many shops when I'm traveling. I have one I use as my backup and I love it.

USED. My preference is the Oceanic Data Plus under $100.

Zoop is a great computer (I've had my Gekko for about two and a half years).

However, I received delivery of my Aladin 2G only yesterday. It cost me the same as my Gekko did.

Out of all the ones noted so far the DGO3 would be my pick. Or the DGO2 bottom timer. Just cause I see no need for wireless capability. Or check leisure pro close outs on the veo 180 or the aeris line there.
