Just wondering if anyone knows of any shops that offer pooltime to knock off the "rust"?

Ocean State Scuba in Jamestown RI has a pool of their own and I believe they rent out pool time. Give them a try.

You might try PG Dive. They have (or at least had) mondays available at the Newton YMCA pool.

You might also try Discover Diving in Atkinson, NH - they have open 'pool nights' at the local school every few weeks
