Is this the same Dr. Carpenter with the Cebuano wife?

EDIT: yes, it is. I remember this paper. I'll try dig it up, but I know it is available online. I'll post it in the 7107 islands of diving thread. There were two peaks of highest biodiversities found in the world: here in the central islands (I think Verde Island was included) and around Malaysia/Sumatra area. OUr peak was the larger one though.
