Walter Marti, Jim Lyle and Margaret Webb dived Phil's Reef yesterday and had a decent dive, if dolphins and lots of Octobabies interest you.

You realize, of course, after the barge leaves, we still have to deal with the pumps and the tubes pushing sludge up onto the beach. Reports are that we will be sufficiently "nourished" by "late fall".
