Ikelite gland/rod dimentions :?

Hello !

I got a Ikelite Gland, for my DIY houseing, but the rod that goes inside, anyone know exact dimentions on it :?

couse i have been testing with a 6mm, and seem to leak

Hi, I just saw you your post today.
6mm will be alittle to small.
The correct size is .2500 Inches. (6mm is a shade smaller). All of the Ikelite controls (at least the ones I have seen) are sized around common sized ANSI O-Rings.
The o-ring in your gland is actually an X-Ring (also known as a quad ring).
