I enjoy my Suunto Mosquito which I bought in May. LP had it at a good price and it survived my 'around the world' trip as a wristwatch and a dive watch. It is quite conservative as many will say, but by working with it, I have had no problems.

Suunto Mosquito Question: Can anyone tell me when it comes time to change the battery (which I plan to do myself), do I need to change the 'o' ring or seal?

diverkim:
No, but it sure isn't a good way to generate customer loyalty among the older ustomers. Neither is it good word-of-mouth advertising. The lesson is that if SP takes over a competitor that the old competitor's customers be damned.
All their computers now come with free battery replacement if you buy them from an authorized dealer and I've seen a couple times where they offer owners of old computers a great deal to upgrade to a newer one. Scubapro has excellent customer service as far as I'm concerned, just a little high priced at times.

I have the Aeris Atmos II. There is NOTHING I don't like about it other than it is NOT
AI.

You need to seriously do some homework, and limit your choices, than ask again if needed.

Some things that I thought were important were:

User Replacable battery.

Large/Easy to read.

User selectable alarms.

Good reviews.

Nitrox.
