Thanks Walter, checked out his website, very informative.
But not being an Instructor or even DM, I probably wouldnt
qualify for his classes.(and the fact its almost 2000 miles from me)
And this doesnt address the fact ya still cant get parts/manuals.

You can buy parts for Zeagles, and some other brands. I've seen a variety of service manuals for sale on ebay. If you really want to do them yourself, it's possible.
 
I would like to make diving available to more people with less money. It seems diving caters to much to the jet set type of people who have plenty to spend.
 
My 2 cents:

- Learn from the Skiing industry, which I think is very similar: skills based, requires travel, high equipment cost
- Work on the atrocious dropout rate (75+%): Create loyalty programs and enticements for people to come back
