Driving from Fort Lauderdale to Looe Key (in early October) There will be time, I think, to stop for one or two dives along the way, since we leave around 1000 a.m. and will have our gear with.
I know there are many charters to amazing sites, (heard about the sewage pipe in Boynton:wink: and while that may be a very special dive; I think it's north of where we're headed. Drat!) does anyone have any recommendations for favourite shore diving spots?
A special wreck? An unusal reef? Interesting pier?
Trying to plan ahead...
Thanks for any ideas!

When in Ft. Lauderdale area, you must stop by and say HI, and then do LBTS, or commonly known as Lauderdale By The Sea. The best beach diving is in Broward County, the keys beach diving is nil. Looe Key is awesome, however.
