DeepSeaDan....Great story.....get those fingers rested up so we can have more :)

DiverInAk...Scientists often need capable research divers....Is there a marine research station, etc, in Alaska. Getting in touch with them or your state natural resources people and getting your name floating around is a great first step. They will often be contacted by visiting researchers before they arrive (permits, logistics etc, etc), and if they happen to need extra help.....

Besides, its a great way to increase your training and dive on some unique sites.

Found these while I was surfing.

Thanks for the links bio guy. I hadn't even run across those in my other searching. I'm not too worried yet. One small goal at a time. Next is Rescue Diver, then work towards EAN certs and DM and just dive, dive, dive. I did find one link today, http://www.scret.org, pretty cool. Also very expensive to get to gue level 3.

First I thought "where is this guy going with this?" then after the primer, I thought "yeah, Ok, now where?" but as it was all fascinating, I kept reading and thought "neat stuff", then the clincher. Love the story, keep them coming. I'm sure you have a whole barrel of them!

Blue crabs too! You're killing me here. That sounds so yummy. You have a way with words! I feel like I could taste that as you described it.
(burb) oh! Dear excuse me!

What ever happened to this guy anyway? He's funny.

He's around David. I call him Dan the Man. He is a great guy and cyber friend. I hope to meet him someday.
