Hello,
can someone identify this little critter for me, I saw it in Cienfuegos, Cuba last february. It's a couple of inches long.

I think that's a banded coral shrimp, Stenopus hispidus
 
It's a type of cleaner shrimp known as Coral Banded Shrimp (Stenopus hispidus). Some people called it the Banded Boxer Shrimp.

I still cant believe how fast you get good info on that forum. I did a research on the names you gave me and yep, foud pictures of my little shrimp.

Your shrimp is easy as pie. Some of our stuff in the forum never gets reliably ID'd.
