Hi Roatan Buddies -

This is not really a Roatan question, but my Roatan buddies are the smartest guys on ScubaBoard and I need help figuring this one out ;)

I took this picture while diving the Bligh Waters north of Viti Levu Fiji a couple of weeks ago, but I can't seem to identify what kind of moray he is. Any help

:rofl3::rofl3::rofl3:...should have expected it!!! You always make me laugh :D:D:D

It does resemble the Chainlink Eel, but they grow to a maximum of 30 inches...this guy was HUGE! I got a video of him coming out to feed, but don't know how to upload it to SB :dontknow:

Thanks for the video CajunDiva. Fiji seems to be moving up the list of dive destinations for some reason! :D

This will cinch it for you then...no ID necessary!

This is the "embedding" you were trying to do in our PM's.....

To see the HTML coding, just hit "reply with quote", there it will be.
No need to complete it and post a reply,
but it's an easy way to look at coding.
Next time, call a teenage kid.

All you really need is [yt]D7MHsiv8iio[/yt]
to make it work. No need to wake up or find a teenager yet.
Handy page for codes can be found at ScubaBoard - BB Code List

I posted the answer in the other thread....Giant Moray. John Hoover has a picture exactly like this one posted on page 105 of his Hawaiian Reef Fishes book.

But that Zebra Lionfish is pretty cool too!!
