Anyone have any tips or ideas on how to secure my DSLR housing (Aquatica / D90) when snorkeling in the open ocean? Planning a trip to snorkel with the whale sharks. Wearing only a wetsuit, I won't have a BCD to clip things to.

You can use a wrist lanyard, but it's not the most secure. Try to make your housing neutral (in lieu of buoyancy arms, capped PVC pipe between the handles has been tried. If you use a big dome, you might have to weight it a bit.
