IDC in Roatan?

I wasn't surprised to hear so many great things about Will.
He seemed to rise to the surface within my own local dive network.
I've actually already been in contact with Will. If all goes according to plan, I'll be in Roatan by the end of the summer!

They need to be considered. I spent a week at Cocoaview a while ago, and they made all of our group miserable. Others who have been elsewhere have not had it so bad.

I would recommend Dockside Dive Center Roatan Divemaster Internship at Dockside Dive Center, Western Caribbean
Patty Grier is the owner and has been on Roatan for many years..they are located at CoCoView

Don't know about the IDC side of things, but I just did my solo, er, um, self-reliant cert with Patty last week. I thought her the best instructor I've encountered.

Was at CocoView last week and escaped without any bites. And that was with no bug juice applied. One poor girl, not so much. Looked like chicken pox.

I would recommend UDC on Utila. Teaching future instructors is a core part of their business and they have a great track record of producing competent instructors. With all the new open water/advanced open water certifying they do, you get tons of hands on learning. I did my dive master with them and if I ever did my IDC I would definitely go back to UDC (Utila Dive Center).
