i am almost positive that is a black durgon, but given the angle ... 99% is all i can vouch for :wink:

Yeah... looks like a Black Durgon (Melichthys niger) - a triggerfish.
 
Another vote for Black Durgon.
 
I also guess Black triggerfish or Durgon, Hoover's says, "Found in tropical seas worldwide." In the right light here, the light lines are an incredible blue, more remarkable fish than seen at a distance.
