Icons for toggle between Light and Dark Styles gone missing?

Has the icon to toggle between light and dark styles disappeared for anyone other than me? I thought it was just the oddball browser I use on my phone, but it's also missing when I try it from Chrome on my desktop.

It's more of an oddity than an actual problem since I can still click on the spot where the icon is supposed to go, but that won't help new users who don't know the option exists.

Same here on ALL browsers, Chrome/FireFox/Edge, on Windows PC and Android.
