Here is a sneak peak of Iceland : Land of Extremes. The video shows diving in Silfra (a continental rift between Europe & North America) and Strytan, a geothermal vent.

The diving in Silfra is in water that is a natural spring with almost 300ft of visibility. The Algae in the crack between the continents is very interesting and is a strange green colour. This is one of the only places on Earth where you can touch 2 continents at once when you dive down deep enough.

Diving the Strytan geothermal vent is certainly the most unique dive we have ever done. Picture a 200ft column coming out of the group that is only about 20ft diameter. Very hot water comes out from cracks and bellows from the top. The wolf eels (called wolf fish in the Atlantic) are plentiful and used to being fed. Lumpsuckers blow on egg clutches and life is quite interesting.

Snorkeling with manatees in Crystal Springs, Florida. Fan boat trip in the everglades and a quick trip over to New Orleans. The water in the crystal spring was very cold and worth the dive. Water vents, fresh water fish, birds, turtles and a lot of very clear water. The manatees were very friendly and gentle. They are amazing creatures!

Grand Cayman - Stingray City, Turtles
This video was taken in September 2010 all over Grand Cayman. A lot of this footage was taken during shore dives and a few boat dives. The reefs are in great condition and there was no shortage of amazing things to see. We saw stingrays and tarpon right under the dockside restaurant at the resort we stayed at. Amazing diving on Cayman!

Salmon Run Diving - Adams River Sockeye Salmon Run - October 2010 - YouTube

Salmon Run - British Columbia, Canada
This was the largest sockeye salmon run in the last 100 years. There were literally millions of salmon spawning along Adams River and the Shuswap area. This video shows salmon both from land and under the water. Warning: There is some footage of the dead salmon on the beach and under the water. There is also a graphic scene where a conservation officer is cutting dead fish in half to ensure they are not double counted.
