Imagine if it got as cold here as in the rest of Canada. I bet most of the Strait of Georgia would be frozen over and they'd need ice breakers to get the ferries through. You'd need drills and chainsaws to dive in Saanich Inlet.

I have no idea. My computer doesn't have a thermometer. It didn't seem that cold. I did a 55 minute dive in a tight semi-dry and I wasn't uncomfortable. Of course for most of the dive I was swimming quickly (to try and get as far as I could and then back).Les:-10 brrrr. and what was the temp at depth?
