Mark Kapono used to be an IANTD instructor, but I can't find a listing
for him on the IANTD website.
(nb - I've only dove with him once - but he seems to be very competent)
What class(es) are you looking for? DiveTEK offers training all the way through
Advanced Trimix. The certifying agency is TDI, but the way they structure
their courses covers much, much more.
(In the interests of full disclosure, I've done nearly all of my technical dive
training with DiveTEK - Advanced Nitrox, Decompression Procedures,
Entry-Level Trimix, Advanced Trimix, Nitrox Gas Blender, Advanced
Gas Blender)
for him on the IANTD website.
