I will never draw a salary from diveheart

I hate it when non profit leaders and their cronies consume donation dollars to pay their salaries, using veterans, children and those with disabilities to woo unsuspecting donors. Diveheart employs six part timers. Three of them have disabilities and two are veterans. I work 7 days a week and refuse to draw a salary. Our annual budget is $325,000 and we leverage our resources so that we preform like a multimillion dollar non profit. I'm proud that Diveheart can set an example for other non profits, showing them what can be done with passion and hard work. Diveheart Founder & President Jim Elliott
