Hello I went to NASDS (T.I.C. Divers Total Information card with medical microchip) in the Aquatic Center in California. I am needing a new card, but the school is not there anymore because this has been more than 25 years ago. I still have the old one but it snapped almost in half and would like to have a new one, but I have no idea how. If there is anyone out there that could help me, my email is greatwhite3756@yahoo.com

I can't say for sure but didn't NASDS have something to do with ScubaPro??? Can anyone say?
