LOL. At the speed I figured that out, I'd need double 120's to make a contact. It is a very cool idea though. Imagine, making a contact with a ship that sank 75 years ago. Where would they send the Q-card? ;)

Very likely into the Guiness record book...... Though I don't know if the record would be for the QSO or the amount of 'trox consumed.
 
Way to go! Isn't it amazing how much more you learn over what an OW diver learns?

Hope to see you at the quarrys,or the big pond! Dive safe! Boy you got to love Florida diving! Its sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo= WARM!!

Sideband:
I went in and took my AOW written test today and passed! :dazzler1: I did the Nav., night, basic skills and search/recovery dives in the quarry last fall and completed the dives on my Florida trip. I got in several cavern dives, my deep dive, a boat dive, and a drift dive.
Next up is Rescue which is scheduled for June. Look out Lake Michigan. I'm headed for some wrecks this summer for sure.

Congrats! I did mine years ago in Bull Shoals Lake in AR. Florida was still a dream then. I am planning to find some Lake Michigan wreck charters this summer. Have lived here 9 years and still haven't done Lake Michigan.
