Brass spg from Italy. Unknown brand.

Yes. No console.

Why? (Easy to see, fit, use etc.)
Simple design. Easy to clip on/off and read.

What to you look for when choosing a gauge/console?
Simplicity. I have an spg clipped to my left hip, a small computer on my right wrist and a compass on my left wrist.

Easy to use, not bogged down with too much detail but most of all, it was a free gift from my father.

What to you look for when choosing a gauge/console?
I would not buy a hoseless system. Seems like an important failure point that I would not want to lose.

I've decided to simply my rig and have done away with the console approach in favor of an SPG and separate depth gauge on my wrist (i.e., dive computer)

I have a reservation whis is already paid for travelling to Revillagigedo Island on January 6th to 15th, 2006, this is a live aboard trip on the Nautilus Explorer.
