Horizon Wetsuits offers Key Lime and Sunny as color choices. OK gotta go watch Miami Vice now, good luck with the search and Please post photos when your new suit arrives.

Just remember that at depth red is the first color to go. What may be a nice bright red on the surface is not the same even at shallow depth.

It's what passes for a lobster in la-la land :eyebrow: Either that or he
pulled the claws off.
Your marine life knowledge really showed itself.....California "spiny lobsters" dont have claws. This nice little bug is the size that SHOULD be kept, as the Big studs...should be left out there to breed and help replinish our oceans...The pictures you see of Huge males being nabbed and eaten, are probably 30-60 years old...and should be left to replinish our future hunts. Who's in "la-la land"? When you guys kill the loads off....do me a favor, dont come to cali for our's.... ;)

That was a joke. I'm pretty sure everyone's familiar with the clawless spiny sissy lobsters you have in other parts of the world. That aside, I don't know where you get the idea we're depleting the breeding population here. There are strict minimum and maximum size limitations here, and even though our season is year-round we take them seriously.

Dude,

I won't travel to Cala-fornia for any reason I can think of. :eyebrow:

My point was that if there are no claws, it ain't a "lobstuh", it's a thing. :dazzler1:

P.s. 8 of the real deal made it to my house Saturday. None of them survived. Yumm.

Hey was cruising the Spearboard
http://spearboard.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=8496
and found a real good site for custon wetsuits, cheap. The guy gets rave reviews for quality ,price and customer service . I wish I would
have waited on buying mine. Blue cammo would be cool. Don't think your going to find a better deal anywhere and he's in Greece. Read the post, guy goes out of his way. I may buy one just because they're so cheap and sell my other one.

Hope this helps

Jeff

I'm still trying to figure out the different rules between catching Spiny Lobsters and "Real" Lobster.

Real- Size Limits for Minimum and Maximum (OK I mean real lobster Area 1), No tools other than tickle sticks with a 45 degree angle or less, only during daylight hours, and they can fight back.

Spiny-?

As for depleting the breeding population that's only divers like Matt that have all the good spots. I've depleted more of the population at the local market than in the ocean.
