Slipper lobsters (aka Shovelnose) like in the photo are MUCH sweeter than the spiny lobster.

They are only harder to find; if you don't know where to look ;) We've caught as many as 3 on a single dive - looking in the right kind of places.

if you do grab one. Watch out for their legs. They have very sharp points; they use them to cling to the coral.
 
The best thing I saw at the Vaersenbaai snack shack was the Polar poster on the side of the fridge. Who needs the Swedish Bikini Team - it's cold up there!
