Same thing.. a birth certificate and picture ID will do. But again, I urge you all to go ahead and get your youngsters a passport. You are much less likely to run into any kind of hassle from some petty pointy-headed power-mad pissant immigration puke who just wants to give you a hard time "just because he can" if you use passports rather than birth certificates.RICHinNC once bubbled...
