Just completed my 50th dive yesterday...on the USS Oriskany. It was truly amazing. I can't describe how exhilirating it was. Especially since it was watching the sinking of the Oriskany on Discovery almost exactly a year ago that spurned me to get certified to begin with. Alas, I do not have any pictures. Some people in our group got some amazing ones, though.

The visibility was excellent and while the current was strong on the surface, it was completely sublime on the wreck. A truly memorable experience that I hope to repeat many times over.

By the way, if anyone asks, I did NOT touch the deck...that's below recreational limits.

How much coral does she have on her now?

Cool 50th! Congrats!

Recent photo's from LDC show some significant growth!

Look it's a Scubapro ad. I wish you would have reminded me I would have taken a shot of you on dive 50.

Like Chris said we will be heading back in October. Hope to see some of you guys down there.

Chris could you do me a favor. I accidently posted my home phone in the email and did not catch it in the proof read. So could you change that number to (502)368-8427

Here's another shot from this trip.

What can I say? I'm a loyal consumer.

However, had I known I'd be on the internet, I would've sucked in more.

Hmmmm, ocean dive, you packing a pocket snorkel there somewhere?

Lol, when I got my dry suit cert at Mermet Springs the instructor asked where my snorkel was?
Me, "I don't have one." Him, "Guess I'll just have to overlook it this time!"

Nice pics Chris!
