Hydro facilities

I have a friend who has some old steel tanks that need hydro so I was looking around to find a local (hopefully) facility. I found this "locator" list of DOT approved facilities by state:

These are DOT authorized but not all deal with scuba tanks so call before you go to one. The ones that deal with scuba tanks can also fill your tanks without a VIP. The VIP is a scuba industry standard not a DOT standard. They do not do nitrox though.
