Hi everyone. Just been looking at maybe going to Cancun for a holiday and one of the travel sites had this warning:
"Please note: Following Hurricane Wilma Cancun continues to offer a large number of shops, bars and restaurants outside of the hotels, many are still under repair and will open fully during December or January. Customers who have visited before will notice several changes to the resort infrastructure. Hurricane Wilma has left no beach at all Cancun hotels. Hotel may have been remodelled since brochure pictures were taken."
Are the beaches really gone?
