Anyone know a good source to get the HP seats for servicing these 1st stages? Anywhere I find them individually, they seem to be almost as much as a full service kit.

If you are opening the reg up it may not be a good idea to re-use the old o-rings, washers, diaphragm, etc.. They are the material that is most likely to suffer some form of being compromised. Change in durometer due to age, being under pressure, etc.
The diaphragms should never be re-used nor the diaphragm washer. Might as well buy the whole kit. Doing otherwise is just asking for trouble.
On the HOG reg you must rebuild the diaphragm side first before the HP side so you need to remove that and the washer that holds the diaphragm.
If one decides not to remove the diaphragm side and it has been compromised by a leaky HP seat you may not like the results when you put it back together.

Why not just buy the whole kit when the price difference is minimal? It will end up costing more if you add the cost of the diaphragms.

I do. What I'm hoping with this post is to find someone who knows where to get the seats cheaply.
