Martin's answer is from today morning. Perhaps he changed product range.

I haven't heard from the other shops. So I must guess they do not produce to measure as well.

Note that although halcyon does make LP hoses in-house, they do not make HP hoses - those are sourced from a third-party. Not saying that can’t get you custom lengths though.
