Hi All:
I stumbled across this forum last night and thought I would give a quick introduction during my lunch break. My name is Mike and I have been an avid diver for about 9 years now. Professionally, I am a marine biologist. Personally, I have started a group called the Association of Underwater Explorers (AUE); my interest in diving is geared towards shipwrecks which is reflected in the AUE website. Lately, I have gotten very active with deep shipwreck exploration. My diving career has led me to dive such well-known sites as the USS Monitor (235') and USS Wilkes Barre (253'), as well as exloring new virgin sites such as the Vitric (309') and the MSQ? (423'). On other forums such as TECHDIVER, FLTECH, and Rodale's, I usually post trip reports and updates when we add new images to the site. For those of you not familiar with the AUE site, I encourage you to check it out. We have TONS of wreck descriptions from shipwrecks off Delaware - Florida, as well as lots of cool underwater images. Enjoy!
Cheers,
Mike
