Hello Cedric I think that you should be fine.
In a profesional sense if pursuing the Padi Professional path you would have to complete the IDC anyway under the supervision of an Instructor Trainer.
At this point you will be tested and receive the appropriate adjustments if need be but most OW training is centered around the 18 basic skills.
Mastery and demonstrative mastery are required in a professional sense.
I know others who have a mixed background as far as agencies and they have not had any issues.
I think you will be fine.
