Chuck Tribolet:
Based on the NOAA forecasts, Monastery is worth a look on
Saturday. In all cases, Monastery or the Breakwater, the forecasts
decide whether to drive. The eyeball decides whether to dive.

And the Navy forecast shows Sunday better than Saturday by a
bunch. Recent experience shows the Navy forecast more accurate
than NOAA.

I give up. I plan to just pm Chuck for forecasts every weekend. :D
