pagkuyog = usually what they call when half the barangay gets in on the action when a snatcher or pickpocket is caught (usually in less pleasant areas like cubao or pasay)... it becomes a free for all to get a chance to get a "batok" or a "sapak" in while the local authorities are being summoned

at some point the guy no longer knows what hit him...

this scenario look familiar chip? hahahahahahahaha
