I just got a new SUUNTO SK7 wrist compass. It comes with a crappy wrist strap. How do I install bungies onto it? Do I drill holes or just use the slots where the strap was? Anyone have a picture?

I just got my SK7 wrist compass on Friday and rigged it up with bungee. What I did was run two pieces of 1/8 inch bungee cord through the slots in the boot at the bottom where the strap normally went and tied knots in the bungee cords. Works great and is very secure.

I'll offer the same comments -- use the existing slots. It can take some efort to get the bungee through the slots -- I found it easier to old the bungee in half and push the folded end through the slot.
