I like the Bubblering stories. I am a huge fan of them myself. My record isn't nearly as impressive as some of you (Iruka) but I do have video of me blowing 34 in a row one time from about 40'. It is a good way to pull chicks by the way...add the knife on the calf and you're "In like Flynn". Watch out for the Speedo though, sometimes you can lose some progress you made with the rings and the knife.

There's a website all about bubblerings that's really cool to check out. They have pictures of bubblerings made by whales too. It's at www.bubblerings.com . The guy has who runs the site has even invented a bubblering machine for your fishtank! There's lots of links on his site (including a link to my site) and some great pictures. If you like Bubblerings, check out this site.

Ah-Lowwwww-Haaaaaaaa!

That Second photo is really awesome

Shaka Doug - thanks for the kind words on BubbleRings.com. I've already seen a few visitors to my site from your mention here. (Don't miss Doug's site at ShakaDivers.com)

Iruka - great work! I posted a link to your web site from mine, and another link to your post here describing how to create bubble rings. It was funny to see you use the words POP and POPE to describe how you move your mouth when you create a ring--I use the word POWP in my FAQ section.

Fishtank bubble ring machine number 1 rolled off the assembly line last week, and if all goes well they will be available in PetCo stores within a month or two. A larger version for swimming pools and SCUBA divers is in the works.

It's good to meet you all!
