How tight should the neck be on my drysuit?

Just got my new Moby's Dry suit.... (finally), and will need to trim the neck. But not sure how tight it should be.

I don't know really what to compare this suit to.... but it is fantastic. The fit is amazing. It has inner suspenders, and a waist belt as well.

I have the "twin" shell design. I am really impressed.

Anyway....

As a general rule, I think the neck seal should have a circumference that is 20% smaller than your actual neck circumference.
