I am in the Atlanta area. Me and some friends are planning to meet some high school friends (from Miami) in the middle at ginnie springs in the near future. Going to camp, swim and just hang out. I am the only one in the group who is certified and would like to dive at ginnie springs while there for our meeting. I plan to rent all my gear from them as well.

We haven’t nailed down a hard date yet, but are looking to probably try and meet in mid/late September. I know weekends can be busy so meeting during the week could be an option as well.

What is the best way to get a dive buddy for this location? Does ginnie springs have some sort of system? Is there maybe a specific online location to try and hook up with someone? Or maybe even just this forum through private messages.

Open to any suggestions/help. Thanks

DM me as well. If your looking for open water dives there are several around there.

As far as best way to get a dive buddy in the area: Either Facebook, calling a local dive shop so they put you on a distribution list, or online forums are your best bet.
