Very dependent on your diving and how you treat it, not to mention how "cold tolerant" you are. I try to get mine to last about two years (600 dives) and I'm rough on my wetsuits, but willing to wear them until the legs drop off (literally with some of them). These are 7mm full wetsuits. Expect shorter life out of a 3mm.

I dive 2-3 mm suits and I'd say an average of 2-300 dives before they start to sag or tear. But I leave them out in the sun on boats too. I could make them last longer.

I've got mine for four years now, a few tears (patched), approx. 200 dives.

It won't be replaced anytime soon though.
