Go back and read the Sharks! thread a few lines down. Apparently, Nacho and his pals have had about 12 of these for lunch. Something about the signals off the strobe, perhaps.

He probably found out how expensive those rigs are and decided he'd get one......real cheap, or maybe he was thinking about taking up underwater human photography.
