How much time needed for customs in GC?

I think it took maybe 20 minutes to clear both.

BTW, the departure "lounge" was a mess on Saturday. Be forewarned that if you're flying out at around 3 pm on a Saturday afternoon there may not be any place to sit. The airport is simply overwhelmed by the volume of outgoing passengers.

Clear Immigrations and Customs, take the left exit and turn left out the arrivals hall, through the first set of big doors you see and head to the far end of the departures area.
Customs normally takes minutes but every now and again they do a 100% baggage search which really holds things up.
Don't take too much luggage if you want to avoid problems on the Cayman Airways Express flights.
