Ivan covered the Whiskey, then it uncovered moreso than it had been in 20 years. It was uncovered to the point where you could swim under the stern and check out the rudder, both sides of the hull were visible, the interior of the ship was cleaned out from sand and there were swim-thrus in some of the cargo holds and ribs, the broken off bow portion was also visible further west.
The Whiskey has recovered, for the most part, but I hear its getting a bit better. Last time I dove it, which was awhile back, it had like 2' of relief for a couple stretches of 10-15'. Like I said, I heard its improved some, but I haven't verified.
Is it worth it? It might be worth it to know for sure. It would also depend on how well you can keep yourself occupied to make the dive worthwhile.
