Last night in Atlanta: $3.59 (However, I got it for $3.44, for buying >$100/groceries at Kroger).

The truck goes next month. I'm buying a Civic and a skateboard (couldn't bring myself to buy that Prius thing).

the Pub is a double opt in forum (kinda like double secret probation  ) so you have to opt into the Surface Interval and then opt into the Pub

the Pub is not the standard PG :sblogo: rating but its not a free for all either

i did opt to join, but still can't get in, that is okay. :)

dont you feel happier about what you are paying now! (except for 300bar-his prices suck!)

Tell me about it, worst thing is that more than 61% is taxes.
Eco tax
sales tax
and whatever tax they came up with.

Petrol: $4.59 per gallon ($1.21 per liter) AND RISING!!

I filled up this morning. There is a plan to doing this right. It appears that prices rise on Friday and drop again on Tuesday. It may only be a few cents a litre, but with the way things work now it pi$$e$ me off to have to pay more on the weekend.

$1.218 per litre = $4.62 Cdn per gallon = $4.64 US per gallon

And the taxes, well on top of the excise tax ($.10 per litre) there is provincial flat tax and the GST (gouging and slashing tax). Plus, in a few select cities there is an additional tax. The flat tax and excise tax are supposed to be used to improve roadway infrastructure. In fact, it just means that the pot holes are less deep.

The full cost includes about $.78 for the crude costs, about $.32-$.33 cents for taxes, $.13-$.14 cents for refining and marketing. Average price is approximately $1.24 per litre.

Edit: all this and I live in a country that is a net producer of oil. Damn speculators!
