I just got the WW-DC1 weight kit for my WP-DC16 / A720IS because I really didn't like the very positive buoyancy. The camera kept getting the way.
The Canon website says I am supposed to use 3 weights but of course I need to double check this especially because it doesn't say the effect and I hate to assUme. I should add that I do not have a strobe or really any other accessories besides the 2 silica packs inside the case.
Any experiences with this? Will the recommended 3 weights make it neutrally buoyant? Negatively buoyant paints bad images in my mind like my camera laying on the bottom of the ocean.
Yes, I can just try it but I am headed to Hawaii next week and want to get the best guess possible and will bring the extra parts just in case.
Thanks!
Marc
